Mongolian Beef

Originally created by a Taiwanese comedian who opened a street food stall in Taipei in the 1950’s. Thinly sliced, marinated steak, stir-fried in a garlic honey soy sauce with ginger, spring onions and broccoli . Served with fluffy jasmine rice.
