Our Story
Lovingly-made everyday meals with a twist
Dinner is sorted with our weekly menu of globally-inspired boredom-busting meals. Expect big, bossy flavours, gourmet ingredients and generous portions.
Pronto Mama comes from the always-bubbling stovetop and brain of foodie Heather Ryan. For the past 20 years, Heather has been a beloved meal maker to families around Cape Town. Our name might mean ‘good food, snap-snap’ but there is nothing shortcut about our meals. We believe in using only the very best seasonal and locally produced ingredients and dishes are meticulously tried and tested.
We know how tedious it can be to constantly dream up menus for your family. The stress of creating something wow for a book club / poker night / client dinner when you’re rushed off your feet. Trust us to bring the magic with everyday feasts!

Here is this week’s Supper Club menu. We always offer a combination of moorish meat dishes, family favourites, vegetarian sides and the occasional sweet treat. Note: delivery is limited to Cape Town and the Southern Suburbs (up to Westlake). Order cut-off: 12pm every Tuesday.
