Al’s Pesto Chicken Linguini

Word on the street is that this was the infamous mobster, Al Capone’s, favourite pesto. Roasted chicken breasts in a fresh and nutty walnut, garlic and parsley pesto and topped with parmesan. Served with fresh handmade linguini.
