This fiery North African paste has been made into a delicious sauce cum marinade that can be used in a multitude of ways. We’ve lovingly mixed together African bird’s eye chillies, peppers, garlic, caraway seeds, cumin and coriander, and mixed it with our classic slow-cooked tomato sauce.

The result is a hot sauce that gives a real flavour kick to tagines, seafood stews, stir-fries, soups and grilled chicken. Add a dash to yogurt for a delicious dip, mayo to upgrade a sarnie or to a very lucky boerie roll. Shake it up and it’s ready to use.
